We had a red-eye flight into Hong Kong that proved easier than expected, due to the kindness of a Kingfisher employee who saw the kids and decided to upgrade our seats! Thank goodness for a decent night's rest.
The goals for Hong Kong were simple: first, to rest and rejuvenate after a couple of weeks of intense travel in the Middle East and India; and second, to shop!
The wonderful thing about shopping in Hong Kong is that you can actually have clothing made to measure; the horrible thing is that there’s no hiding from your actual measurements.
Russ and I both braved the figures in order to find something which looked just right on ours.
The process was great fun and the finished products will beat us home. Here’s hoping we still fit in them!
